$250 - 30 min. Legal Consult & Advise

Review a document in 5 pages or less, such as a Nondisclosure Agreement or simple contract or commercial lease agreement:  We will discuss your rights; revise the wording and give you legal options.

30 MINUTE MEETING

$375- 45 min. Legal Consult & Advise

Discussion of more in depth issues, such as a commercial lease; non-compete; severance agreement; revise wording and discuss legal options.
45 MINUTE MEETING

$500 - 60 min. Review & Advise on Legal strategy
Counseling on a difficult issue. We discuss the options and client implements strategy. Review a document 10-20 pages or a combination of documents to 30 pages, such as an operating agreement; purchase agreement of a business; shopping center lease; discuss legal options; or coaching client in difficult situations with competitors or management of employees when advice is needed- fee can be applied if there is a longer retention.
